Our new 2016 Family Fun Fest will engage your entire family in a day full of activity and adventure amidst the beauty of the Carden landscape. We invite you to:

– Join a Naturalist with Guided Junior Hikes on the Alvar
– Thrill in a Birds of Prey Show with Master Falconer, Matt Lieberknecht from Central Ontario School of Falconry
– Build a birdfeeder or birdhouse of your own – materials donated by Brechin Timber Mart
– Explore the wonders of life under the surface of a pond!
– Be amazed by the skill and agility of Champion Certified Tracking Dogs
– Meet and learn about all sorts of slimy, scaly and feathered friends
– Enjoy wagon rides, ice cream, bee exhibit, make a rope, nature crafts and more

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Dogs allowed on a leash, but cannot be near the Birds of Prey show.
